Band Warranty
Assassin Bands come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty covers any manufacturing flaws which cause the band(s) to break/split, general wear and tear is not covered.

The maximum any band should be stretched to is 150% (1.5 times relaxed length).

Barbell Warranty and Care Information

Guidelines to Reduce Likelihood of Barbell Damage

It is not recommended to use any bar for rack pulls. Rack pulls increase the bending moment (force) of the bar, this increases the likelihood of lasting damage to a bar.

Dropping a bar onto the spotting arms (safeties) (i.e. when squatting). Although spotting arms or safeties are there for safety, if dropped on to them the bar will experience the same effect as rack pulls. It is recommended using experienced human spotters, both for safety, and lessens the need of safeties during lifts.

We recommend never dropping bars from a height but lower them to the ground in a controlled manner instead, this will remove any unnecessary additional forces to the bars.

When doing any overhead work, always use top quality rubber bumper plates in good condition and only on gym specific flooring of 25mm (i.e. no stable. Cow matting). Use of metal plates or improper flooring will almost always cause damage to the bars and will void warranty (see warranty section).

Commercial environments increase the damage or deterioration of barbells due to the increased use, because of this it should not be expected that any barbell will last forever under these conditions. It is out advice that barbells under this condition should be replaced regularly.

​Warranty Information

Warranty on an Assassin barbell covers against bending of the shaft, and knurling defects.

Barbells are covered for damage during what is considered ‘normal’ usage and within the guidelines as detailed in the terms and conditions.

Any rust or cosmetic blemishes or damage caused by misuse will not be covered by the warranty.

Barbells will be replaced a maximum of one time, if a replacement (or a credit) is issued it will void any further warranties on that item/barbell, or in conjunction with item(s) purchased using the credit.

Warranty is non-transferrable.

Bars will be returned to base at the customer’s expense, and will be replaced or repaired upon receipt. Warranty is valid with an order number/receipt for the purchasing customer only, and is non-transferable.

Warranty Will be Void if Any of the following occurs:

Barbells are used with anything full rubber bumper plates/appropriate change plates on gym specific rubber matting or platforms of at least 25mm (not stable/cow matting).

Barbells are dropped on pins/safeties/spotter arms, either when using in racks or for rack pulls.

Barbells are left loaded with plates, however light/small for any length of time.

Bumper Plate Warranty

Assassin Bumper Plates come with a 5-year warranty from date of purchase against splitting/cracking of the plates.

Warranty does not cover any cosmetic flaws/defects which do not in any way affect the use of the plates. Upon manufacturing there are often ‘seal’ marks/seams which are normal in production and do not affect the performance of the plates.

To qualify for warranty the bumpers must be used on gym specific rubber matting at least 25mm thick (not stable/cow matting). Smaller plates should never be loaded on the outside of the bumper plates, and this will void the warranty.

The warranty is non-transferable and any returns must be sent back to us at the customer’s expense.

Bumper plates will be replaced a maximum of one time, if a replacement is issued it will void any further warranties on that item/plate.

Outdoor use voids warranty.

For mainland UK postage: parcels up to 2kg in weight are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping charges are calculated dependent on weight. All methods may require a signature so please be aware of this in mind when specifying an address.

As a guide this is how the fee’s are calculated:

0kg – 1kg = £5.00 inc VAT

1kg – 5kg = £7.50 inc VAT

5kg – 10kg = £10.00 inc VAT

10kg – 20kg = £20.00 inc VAT

20kg – 40kg = £30.00 inc VAT

40kg – 100kg = £50.00 inc VAT

100kg – 170kg = £65.00 inc VAT

170kg – 200kg = £75.00 inc VAT

200kg – 250kg = £90 inc VAT

250kg+ = £100.00 inc VAT

How are shipping fee’s calculated?

Delivery Time


Delivery is aimed at 4 and 5 working days but please allow up to 7 days including processing time.

A collection is free!

Please be patient and wait until you receive a confirmation email, in this will explain the process of collection.

Postage to Ireland and the Rest of the World

Please email us beforehand with a list of items and quantities you require. We will get a delivery quote and reply as soon as possible.

Alternatively, if you wish to book transportation yourself we can provide a pickup location and assist collection.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, goods can get damaged while in transit.

If this occurs please contact us as soon as possible to understand the issue and help resolve it.

If goods/packaging arrive damaged, please ensure the goods are signed as damaged. Failure to do so will result in a claim unable to be raised for damaged goods.

Terms and Conditions


Full payment must be received from the Customer before processing/order confirmation can begin.

Privacy Policy – we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


The Customer Responsibilities

While Assassin Goods Ltd endeavours to ensure the delivery on the date which the Customer has requested, it cannot be held responsible for any loss, direct or otherwise, accruing to the Customer as a result of error or delay by Third Parties, or error on the part of the Customer.

Assassin Goods Ltd cannot be held responsible for the decisions, errors or any other actions of Third Parties involved in the process of rendering the Service or Services provided by the Company.

Assassin Goods Ltd will not be held liable in the case of default by the Royal Mail. Royal Mail terms and conditions apply.

Delivery Policy – We generally use Royal Mail for orders under 2kg, and a courier for orders above this weight. We aim to send all orders out the following working day after they are placed and paid for

Delivery times may vary but aim to be within 5-7 working days but we ask that the customer allow 14 working days for UK orders. It is only after this time which we/Royal Mail will consider it lost/missing

Highlands of Scotland and other remote areas may incur an additional surcharge to be paid on delivery depending on the size/weight of the order and the destination address. Please Contact info@assassingoods.com for further information.

The person who places the order must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for payment of the total cost of the order.


Assassin Goods Ltd cannot be held responsible for any problems, loss, injury or otherwise occurring as a result of omission, error, misuse, or oversight by the Customer.

No liability can be accepted by Assassin Goods for any loss, injury or otherwise resulting from natural disasters, war, rioting, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond the Company’s control.

The company reserves the right to refuse orders at their discretion.

By placing an order online or otherwise providing us with an email address, you as the Customer authorize Assassin Goods Ltd to contact you in relation to your booking or enquiry using the contact details you have provided.


All exchanges/returns must be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt of goods, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Please always include a returns form which can be requested from us via email. Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is fault on our behalf.

All orders should be thoroughly checked upon receipt, and any shortages/damages reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Any goods arriving showing any damage at all should be signed for as ‘damaged’.
