Mission Statement

To bring positive and beneficial change to the world’s environment with our Green Energy Campus Operations and improve Solid Waste disposal methodology through innovative Renewable Energy Solutions while helping to meet the future energy needs worldwide.
NewCo will be established as a site-specific company by Greentech Recycling Solution Inc (“Greentech”) and participating parties, to build a world-class, full service, 120 ton per day (“tpd”) waste tire recycling refinery. Greentech’s executive team seeks $42M to execute its business model, which is based on 1) long-term contracts for the delivery of waste tires to the refinery, 2) contacts for the sale of off-take products to secure revenues well into the future, and 3) the construction of a strategically located refinery equipped with technology that efficiently and cleanly disposes of waste tires. At full production, the refinery produces $20M in revenue and $11M in net ordinary income, annually. This model is designed to be replicated several times over the next 10 years to build revenue, the underlying asset base and value. Greentech is based in Columbus, OH and formed in 2016 by the principals of a national producer and distributor of biofuels, for the purpose of building renewable “green” refineries.

The result is a winning strategy for the environment, waste tire collectors, off-take product end users, NewCo, and job creation. The technology destroys tires with near zero impact to the environment. Waste tire collectors can remain in business long term, contracting with NewCo as an acceptable source to destroy tires, critical to receiving tipping fees. End product users can lock-in long-term purchase contracts. NewCo benefits by producing valuable commodities through the destruction of waste tires, enroute to building its business as an on-going concern. The net result is a NewCo value proposition of efficiently and cleanly destroying tires, as a viable alternative to land filling or burning as fuel, and the creation of 58 direct, local jobs.

A $42M capital raise provides NewCo with the means to acquire a location, technology and equipment to build a 120 tpd waste tire refinery. The technology uses a Thermolysis process that de-polymerizes a tire into its original components of carbon char, pyroil, steel and syngas. It’s like un-baking a cake. Each tire produces 7 lbs of carbon char, 1.2 gals of pyroil, 2.2 lbs of steel and 4 lbs of syngas. The technology package includes 2 post process clean-ups that remove sulfur from the pyroil and ash from the carbon, increasing the quality and value of each. Annually, at near maximum capacity, the de-polymerization of waste tires by Thermolysis + the add-on refinement processes produce 23.5M lbs of carbon, 4.74M gals of crude fuel oil, 8.40M lbs of steel and syngas to produce heat and electricity to power the refinery.
