Each municipality is a prime candidate for the Greentech Recycle Refinery integrated solution. Today several states send their scrap tires via contract logistics to out of state processing facilities. Remember these are majority Crumbing and Shredding. We will not only add jobs to your local economy but create revenue for the municipality throughout the region. Worldwide there are hundreds of regions with similar disposal/recycling challenges as a result of our widespread use of tires and petroleum based products.

Greentech uses a proven thermal decomposition technology developed and engineered in the USA. The process offers a clean waste disposal and recycling solution to transform carbon-based waste such as rubber, plastics, biomass and more into carbon, pyroil, steel, syngas and other inert materials. Using a new, patented Hydrocarbon Refining innovative process of advanced thermal distillation, waste is decomposed into non-harmful products. Waste that would otherwise become part of many landfills can actually be utilized as a resource by the process Technology.

Huge Untapped Renewable Energy Source

Carbon-based rubber waste recycling represents a promising and untapped renewable energy source. Their use as feedstock for the production of carbon and fuel is consistent with the cycle of carbon creation and assimilation. It’s estimated that the United States generates from 1.5 to 2 billion tons of organic waste every year including Municipal solid, bio-solids, animal, green, construction, demolition, pulp and paper, plastics, auto shredding and agricultural waste. The nation also disposes of 300+ million used tires each year. Approximately one-third of these materials are generated in our local communities, collected, transported to landfills that are quickly filling up to capacity and facing closure.

Waste tire disposal is a huge worldwide problem

Millions of used tires, plastic waste and other biomass wastes are generated every year that present challenges of disposal, cost, and air emissions. Greentech’s cost effective solutions address this challenge, thus creating a “win-win” solution for our customers. Greentech’s focus and distinctive competence uses a state of the art, proven, Oxygen-Free Thermal Decomposition Pre Gasification process for the conversion of waste into energy mainly, high value car¬bon, as well as other marketable end products, such as biofuel, steel, and internal use electricity.
The Greentech process is rated by the EPA as a “Low Emitter” refinery. This important designation allows us to secure permits on a “fast track” basis to start construction.

The Market for Recycled Based Products

Greentech Refineries converts or transforms the waste streams into the equivalent of an off road Fuel, Marine Fuel, and heating oil. Our fuel can be mixed or blended with other fuels.
Subject to the type of feedstock, we also produce an Activated Carbon, which has significant market value due to its high carbon content as well as filtration properties. Due to demand, our refined products will be Pre-Sold prior to construction.
